Our approach
A softener is designed for hardness. Carbon is commonly selected for taste, odor and certain chemical-reduction applications. Iron, sulfur, nitrate, tannins, acidity and drinking-water concerns can each require different treatment stages.
The underlying residential equipment range includes single-tank, twin-tank and cabinet softeners; problem-water filters; filter housings and cartridges; and point-of-use drinking-water systems. Final performance depends on the exact equipment, media and certification selected.
